Breakfast Trial

Besides being a pastry chef, i love breakfast so i decided to try Chef Kinzo's recipe for caramelized bread with home made ice cream and this was what came out. I woke up early this morning excited about making this, during the process burnt my finger while caramelizing the sugar. Although i didn't finish the procedure by baking it, it came out....... lets say i would try it again. Told myself add banana it might hide the sugar overdose, it certainly did not. The next time i make it to perfection will definitely drop the recipe.
